@sunnryz , University of Delaware is a popular choice in our area for kids who want the breadth of a public and those amenities (high end research facilities ) but something a little smaller and more manageable (compared to the much larger alternatives in the region. )
I don’t know lots about it beyond that, but the kids I know there seem to be very happy with it.
