This has been the general trend in my past 4 practice tests:
M: 770-800 / High 600s
CR: 690-710
W: Low 600s / 790s

Every time I do well in math my writing score drops, and every time I do well in writing my math score drops... This is preventing me from getting a 2250 (my dream score). Before you ask these are official tests. Has anyone had this problem before? If so how do I fix this?

You might want to work on your endurance.

I’d recommend drilling on full length practice tests (including the essay). If you finish one section early, go immediately to the next section. Take a 3 min break after every 3rd test.

I’ve also asked my students to drill with significantly less time. Do 25 min test in 15-18 minutes. Push yourself to go through all the math sections and writing sections without a break (alternating - M, W, M, W,M, W) You scores might temporarily go down, but it usually strengthens the length of time you can keep your focus.

Then go back to taking the tests normally with normal time and normal breaks.

I do a similar thing where I go through the test under 20 minutes with a maximum of 30 second break in between each section. I clearly know the writing rules because when I go back through the ones I miss, I get the answer correct on my second time around on all but 1 or 2 of them.
