A few months ago I submitted a waiver for the Noncustodial forms and CSS profile because I have no contact with one of my parents.
Now, the same required documents just showed up again even though I submitted the waiver. Last week, I received an email for me to submit a ‘Noncustodial Statement form’ so, again I submitted the same waiver I sent months ago. Now today, the ‘Noncustodial statement form’ requirement is gone but it’s been replaced with the ‘CSS Noncustodial Parent Profile Application’. And again, I’m going to have to resend the same waiver I sent just last week.
Does this mean my waiver will never be approved? They said they would notify whether it was approved or not so I find it odd that I haven’t been notified and it just reappeared out of nowhere. It’s honestly so frustrating because they want me to do something that’s impossible for me to do and that’s to contact my estranged parent. I haven’t seen or talked to my dad in 7 years and don’t even have any information on him.
