Why is there yellow dots next to my applications that says pending?

I have completed the entire common application, answered all the questions, wrote all the essays. However, on the dashboard tab, under application, all my colleges have a yellow dot next to them. When I hover my mouse over the yellow dot, it says my application is pending. I don’t understand what I still need to complete since there are green check marks next to every section of the common app. Can someone please explain why I cannot apply to any schools yet, and why the yellow dot is still there even though I completed everything?

Have all of your transcripts and scores been sent from your school or the College Board? Have you paid your application fees?

^Yes, and have your waived your FERPA? Also, are you sure you submitted it?
