Why NYU short answer--feedback, please?

<p>Would anyone read my NYU short answer to the prompt:
Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline. </p>

<p>It's only supposed to be 500 characters but I'm 800+ (eeek!)--so aside from general feedback/advice on how to strengthen it, I need someone to help me cut it down.</p>
