My brother was recently admitted Early Decision to Elon. Right now, however, he is on the cusp of failing a class. He has a low C in an AP class, and we are heading into finals. If he does really badly on this final (below a 65 on the final), he will fail the class. Will his acceptance be rescinded if he fails this class? It's an extra math course, so he will still graduate with the necessary math credits, so will this affect his acceptance?

Unlikely - But if he fails to try, or all his grades start falling, he will be in trouble.

My understanding is that Elon puts together a unique class of students and I doubt that they wanted him only for his advanced math prospects. So if he gets anything lower than a C he should call his Elon admissions rep and do some explaining. But unless they made a GPA exception to admit him, they are unlikely to rescind his acceptance.
