Will colleges find it odd that they are recieving scores from an earlier test date?

Will colleges find it odd that they are recieving scores from an earlier test date?

I checked my Oct SAT, I did worse on both the Math and the CR than last time (down 20 points each) but I boosted my writing by 80.

The problem is, when I took the Oct test, I knew what colleges I was applying to, so I put them down on the "send scores to....." list. BUT, when I took my May SAT a couple of months ago, I did not know what colleges I would be applying to, so I left the list blank.

By now, the colleges I put on the list for the Oct date have my scores, but I want to send my OLDER scores (with a higher CR and Math scores). Would they find it odd that hey are recieving scores from an earlier test date with better scores? Because I know they supercore it and I want to get the highest possible combination of a score.

PS: Does anyone know how many times you can take the SAT before colleges stop superscoring it?

THANKS!

When they get your new scores they also get all of your old ones as well. I don't think they stop superscoring but after a few tests (usually 4 or more) they start looking at you kind of funny.

Are you in the class of '09? If so, then you will not be able to choose, so it is out of your control. Colleges will probably superscore as many tests as you take, but they usually say that taking more than 2-3 is pointless.
