Im not applying the most selective schools, but my compostie act score fails to reach the average of many of my reach schools like nyu, northeastern, and villanova. However while my composite score is a 28, my individual scores are 30 reading, 30 math, 29 writing, and 24 science. With my math and reading being in the middle range of these schools, will colleges like these take notice of how one section that I wasnt prepared for brought my score down? Ive heard that some colleges even just take the composite score of just the reading and math.

Maybe but they’re only worried about your composite, english, and math act scores! Bring up my post plz
