Will outbreak of Corona Virus make admissions at UCs easier as fewer International Students will perhaps be able to get visa?

As per latest news, Corona Virus situation has gone worse. This is definitely the joker in admissions matrix. No one knows which way it’ll turn.

I think there will be an effect on admissions. More CA kids may get off the waitlist bc OOS and International people maybe won’t commit if they have never seen the campus.
