I got acceptance from grinnell college. However, recently, I cannot sleep and eat at all due to being worried about getting revoked from the college.
Cumulative GPA before second semester of senior year is 3.8.
However, I am getting C for general physics, American Government, and American History. Also, I am getting B for English composition 2, physics lab, and General Microbiology. I think I will get A for microbiology lab. All courses are college credit.
Will grinnell college rescind me?

@wjdghks146 I am 2021 at Grinnell. I got an A in Photography, a A- in Econ, and a C in AP Lit (with a 4 on the AP) my senior year and dropped like three classes because I got major senioritis that year and they didn’t rescind mine. You’ll be fine. Just commit if you haven’t.
I can see it. C’s happen when students spend the second half of their senior year going on accepted student visits and end up missing important tests. It happens when students put off taking a required class in a subject that’s a weak area for them. It happens when family drama gets in the way.
Senioritis is not always about blowing off steam even if that is usually the biggest factor.
OP - do everything you can to get your C’s up into B territory to give yourself some buffer and emotional breathing room going into finals. Take advantage of academic services like tutoring or just getting some extra help from your teachers. You may never have needed to ask for academic help before and it will be a solid skill to have when you get to college.
3 Cs and 3 Bs, sure it’s possible that Grinnell could double think their acceptance. They wouldn’t have accepted you with those grades in the first place. You need to bust your but for the next month or two.
I did actually have those grades (with even more B’s)… ^^ but Grinnell still accepted me. That’s because I had an upward trend. Don’t get any C’s and you should be fine
