I am a current tenth grader at a Prep School in Ohio. I am a hockey player playing for the AAA (highest hockey level) school team at 15. I have a 3.4 GPA and a 65% on the SSAT. I am in two AP classes and also play on the varsity lacrosse team. Will I get into Cushing Academy, Kimball Union Academy, or Northwood School?

You ask that like we have a solid answer. We really don’t, but if you’re really good at hockey, then you have a pretty good chance. But really, don’t take my word for it, because I have absolutely no clue how an AO’s minds work.

you do have a good chance in getting into the above 3 schools. are you applying to 11th or repeating 10th?

11th

11th is generally one of the hardest classes to apply for, you might want to expand your choices.
