if it helps, my brother went to Rutgers for undergrad.

Considering my upward trend in gpa what would be my chances at Rutgers ...?

not being motivated for two years is a large problem
especially if your ECs are not that strong

considering the legacy i think that would bring down to a lower reach. However if you didn’t take very strong classes for 2 years that is also a problem. I would say reach, but still possible

Depends on the unit. Rutgers seems to have four different sets of standards for one campus: SAS/SEBS, business/engineering/nursing, Ernest Mario (pharmacy) and Mason Gross. Actually MG has the same academic standards as SAS/SEBS but it asks for a portfolio. Rutgers SAS/SEBS is a safety in-state at 3.5/1700.

Rutgers SAS/SEBS/MG: Low match/Match
Rutgers business/engineering/nursing: High match
Rutgers 0-6 PharmD: Reach

It’s a reach/ low reach. Is there a reason you weren’t motivated? Hope you get in! Please chance back :). Present your extracurriculars better :). Congratulations to your accomplishments :).
