Will I get Rescinded

Hello I’ve been Admitted to IU bloomington and Michigan State so far, however, I may be getting a D or even an E (failing) in PreCalculus. I have all strong A’s in my other AP and honors classes and a single B in a stupid elective. Im in the process of writing to both institutions about my situation and what I should do going forward, but I would still like some insight from others. There is a Multitude of reasons why my grade is like this, and im not going to sway away from the truth, laziness and thinking i was too cool for school 100% had some part to play in it, but other factors (being sick, horrible teacher, difficult class) added to the horrendous performance as well. Will they automatically take my offer away from me, and not even give me a warning?
