Chemical Engineering seems to be a very interesting field but when it comes to the ap chemistry, i just cant get myself to enjoy it. Maybe I have a bad teacher or because its in the morning, but for some reason i think the class is very dry and uninteresting.

Is this a sign that i won't like/be successful if i decided to major in ChemE?

I am having a very similar experience as you. The subject matter is no issue at all, it is actually one of my easier classes however it is very dry like you said. I guess that is what an intro course to chem should be. The cooler stuff probably happens later in education. The only area I found remotely interesting was kinetics and basic quantum mechanics/theory.

the ChE. classes that you take during your Junior and Senior year in College are very interesting and make you realize that it was worth the wait taking the more boring classes to prepare for them.
