Will lack of campus visits hurt my admission chances?

I really really really love bmc, but i could only visit mid december. Being that this is a month before the deadline, will this look like I neglected to show interest? I scheduled an interview for next week but idk. I really hope this doesn’t hurt my chances. :expressionless:

Well I’m not an expert, but I reeeally think it won’t hurt your chances. The majority of applicants probably don’t visit campus at all. Almost 25% of the student body are international students/Americans living abroad, so you can imagine how many applicants live overseas and can’t just come and visit Bryn Mawr. Many more are out-of-state applicants, which means many of them have no opportunity to visit either. So do they even look at campus visits when making a decision? Maybe sometimes when it’s really hard to reach a decision; however, I guess that most of the time they don’t even look at it. Interview is what really matters if one wants to show interest.
Besides, you DID visit campus after all, and so what if it was in mid December? Come on, there’s no way they’re gonna hold it against you. Don’t worry about it and don’t overthink it. You didn’t neglect to show interest, and you know it. Just relax and get ready for your interview, you’ll be fine. Interviews are very informal and cool btw, so no need to worry about it either. Good luck!

thank you so much!!
