Will my decision be postponed?

My stat: SAT I 1950 (R610 M760 W580)
SAT II 770 (Math II)
5 AP scores available and 4 pending AP scores
several club activities in school and published a book
TOEFL 95 (R26 L25 S23 W21)

I am a international student studying in US high school.
I applied in the late October and my application status still says "Your application will be reviewed by one of our admission counselors as a part of our first notification period. " which means that after two months since I applied, the review process of my application is still not started yet. Will this be a sign of a postponed or denied decision?

No. So far, only SOME instate people have heard. Everyone else is still waiting. As far as we can tell from this board, no OSS have heard anything one way or another. Jan 31 is the date when we should know by, if not before.
