Will taking a study hall during the second semester hurt my application?

In the first semester, I'm taking a course with my local community college for Macroeconomics. I'm earning three college credits and one high school credit for this course. However, I'm not sure if these credits will transfer, so I don't want to take Microeconomics during the second semester anymore because it'll be another $500 which may not transfer. However, most of my schools scheduling is done by the whole year so there aren't any other classes that period I could take for just the second semester. My question is will taking a study hall during that time hurt my application at all? Colleges wouldn't see that I dropped Microeconomics because I haven't submitted any applications yet, and the switch will be done before my school sends my transcript to the colleges. Also, my other courses are AP Calculus AB, AP US Government and Politics, Honors Physics, Honors English 12, and Introduction to Computer Science. I'm taking otherwise difficult classes so I'm hoping a study hall during the second semester will be fine. Also, I have one study hall for 5 days out of a 6 day cycle because I needed an open period for my physics lab. Every senior in my school needs to have at least one study hall if they're in a science class with a lab (any college prep, honors, or AP science course).

The schools I'm applying to are: Villanova, Lehigh, Carnegie Mellon, Penn State, Miami (Fl), UNC Chapel Hill, Maryland, Drexel, Temple.

I'd really appreciate any input!
