Will teachers know what you got on the AP exam in the next school year?

I know for sure teachers won’t know what you get on the AP exam during the same school year, but what about the next school year?

Next year, I want to ask my AP teacher from this year to write a letter of rec. However, I’m worried I might get a bad score on the AP exam like a 1.

Do teachers get the AP exam results of what all their students got with the students name?

Adding one more yes, just for the heck of it. They get your score within one week after you receive it.

If you were good in said teacher’s class and got a good grade, I doubt your score will effect your LOR.
