Will the REA book be enough for AP US?

Hey guys. I was extremely unfortunate enough to be stuck with the teacher at my school that can't teach AP US for his life. Seriously, it's a nightmare. We're barely on the 1940's right now (Just finished WWII) - and in a week, we get a week off for Spring Break, so there are no classes! I'm really freaking out over here, I think I'm going to fail this AP.

I do, however, have the REA review book. Will I be able to get a 4 or a 5 on the test by reading the review book over the spring break and absorbing the material?

lol

no.

<a href="http://www.course-notes.org%5B/url%5D">www.course-notes.org</a>
read the outlines.
and the review book

and skim some of the book
then yo'lll be fine

Heh... I personally think the teacher has a lot to do with it. I was fortunate to have a great APUSH teacher. Good luck. REA is OK, but probably not the guaranteed solo answer for a 4 or 5.

my class just hit the Spanish American war. You should feel fortunate.

i just printed out all the chapter outlines at course-notes. I'm gonna read these over the break, then read through REA, then do practice exams + practice SAT II's.. hopefully I'll manage a 5/800 :)

1940's? I would kill to be that far along. We haven't even reached WWI yet, and we have had extra morning lectures, three times a week for over a month now....I have pretty much lost all hope of doing well on the test.

dude i was in the same boat as you but for AP US government...i gotta 3 on it after complete BSage lol...4 is hard for u tho unless u do a lot of work urself
