Will the school impact my chances of getting into college?

Hi everyone! I posted here about a week ago regarding online high school programs and a few days ago I officially enrolled in the Laurel Springs School. (I enrolled late since I've been sick with a stomach infection for the past month and a half, which is why we went to an online school program.)
My public school (and the area where I live in) is really competitive. One of the most prestigious high schools are in my area, so the competition is pretty intense. Anyway, my public school went by a 7 classes per year schedule. I was originally to take four AP's (US, Lang, Latin and Human Geography), one honors course (Physics), regular Precalc/Trig, and three electives (the aforementioned ones and Creative Writing 3.)
The online program I'm doing (which, because of all the credits I've accumulated since middle school, is letting me graduate early) has a five class schedule. The pricing varies w/ the difficulty of the class, so I'm taking two AP's (US and Lang) and two college prep courses (Physics and Precalc/Trig) and a semester of PE which is required to graduate. (They said I didn't need any electives because I had already fulfilled the requirements for their diploma) I'm still planning to self study either Human Geography or Psychology this year, too and if all goes well, I'll be enrolling in an online local community college course this January.

I just am concerned that only taking two AP's will ruin my chances of going to a good university. I've already taken one my sophomore year (the only one we could take, AP World) but I'm just worried that this will impact me in a negative way. Also, I could have maybe taken one more AP, but it would have been much more expensive and I'm already behind and my health's still not in the best condition, so they recommended not to overwhelm myself.) If it matters, I'm in a pretty good academic standing and have a really nice extracurricular record.

So will this leave an impact on me? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, it's just I am so new to homeschooling/online schooling and therefore confused out of my mind. Thank you!

I do not think that having a limited number of APs hurts your chances of getting into a competitive four year college. The GOOD universities look hard at all that you have done and consider the availability of APs in your school, etc. They want to be dazzled, yes. But, APs are not the only way to do this. Do you speak another language, fluently? Have you studied abroad? Do you have high SAT scores? Do you have any national recognition in science, music or sports? Have you shown a commitment to volunteering all through high school? Have you taken at least 2 SAT Subject tests? Can you write a rocking-good essay? All of these things matter more. The good schools want kids who will add value to the campus. They can fill every spot they have for the incoming freshman class with students who have perfect scores in everything: SAT, AP, Subject Test. But they do not do this. They dig deeper. Good luck to you!
