Will Universities find it suspicious I didn't take Honors Physics all of a sudden in junior year?

Currently im struggling in Chemistry Honors and im debating to take Physics Honors or not next year because im told that it is just as hard as Chemistry Honors and I would not understand it (My honors chemistry teacher told me this he is pretty crappy at teacher half of the class is failing), but im pretty good at Math I have a A-/B+ in Algebra 2 and taking Pre-Calc/ Trig next year. However im wondering that would Universities (im not planning to go to an ivy league maybe Virginia Commonwealth University, James Madison University or Christoper Newport University) would wonder why I didnt take it? Instead I was just planning on taking Physics 1 and Human Anatomy & Physiology? im also taking 3 AP classes: English, Psychology, and US History next year?

Colleges will find it more suspicious if you keep taking honors classes in subjects you struggle in, IMO.

My son is struggling with AP Chemistry this year, but got an A for the first semester. He just signed up for junior year classes and insisted on taking AP Environmental Science next year. He promised to take Physics senior year. I asked on here if it would be a problem with UVA and the consensus was no. Is there a reason you are taking Human Physiology? Are you planning a medical career? FWIW we know a freshman at JMU who stopped taking science after Chemistry and had a GPA in the high 3’s. At our high school something like 86 students from a class of 750 were accepted at JMU last year. Of course we are in VA and not every accepted student matriculated.

My Ds took ap chem, ap bio and regular physics. No college seems to mind. They took physics to give themselves the needed foundation but didn’t want to take AP physics bc they were already stretching themselves w their other APs. My advice is to focus on learning the material. That’s the goal, right? To learn. So if you feel you will learn more in reg physics, go for it. But make sure you are stretching yourself where you can.

Thank you for the advice! Im planning on pre med course work that why im interested in human anatomy and ive decided to take reg!

UPDATE: well I talked to my counselor recently she said since im taking human anatomy and have 3 other AP classes I should be fine and she also said colleges understand that physics is a challenging class and im already stretching myself
