<p>I have not seen that commitment from USC. Unless you find it on USC’s financial aid pages it is not true. They do meet full need (as defined by USC). You would likely have Federal Direct loans in the package. Try using the NPC</p>

<p>FA won’t just be based on income. Your family’s assets will also be considered.</p>
<p>That said, I don’t know if USC has that guideline about those with that income (and likely few assets).</p>
