I've been reading that budget cuts have impacted courses offered at many schools, causing a possible delay in graduation. I know someone who is a junior at NCS and he is in this situation. He simply can not get into classes that he needs even trying to register at the first opportunity, and was forced to take a class like Russian literature that is useless to him.
Is this a widespread problem parents?

Luckily I have early registration through the honors program so I don’t run into that issue… I’m actually gonna graduate more than a year early thanks to AP’s/CLEPs/DE though.

My S graduated fr. NCSU in May. He finished in four years. He had priority registration due to being in ROTC. His major was in one of the smaller colleges at NCSU so didn’t really have to fight for a spot in those classes. His roommates also graduated in four years.
