Hi I am lost among the listed colleges that are at the top of my list to attend to; I really dont want to talk about their accademic curriculoum as much as their social environment; I am from Iran; came to US four years ago; from low income family and wanted to know if college experience there would be challenging or not?

I appreciate your comments!

They are virtually the same college; they’re just in different rural New England towns. People will wax poetically about their differences, but they are nearly identifical. Amherst does not have distribution requirements, which Bowdoin and Williams have and it is in a bigger town that also contains a large university, the University of Massachusetts.

I read recently in a History class that a while ago the Shah of Iran’s son, Reza Pahlavi attended Williams.
