I got accepted into these three schools and now I have a really hard choice to make. I know that this is the NU thread but i would like an unbiased opinion on which school is bestfor a future in law. The financial situationfor all 3 schools is the same so thats not really a factor. What does everyone think?
PS i'm posting this on the other school's threads to eliminate some bias.

I'm in the same boat with Northwestern and Williams. Hopefully a visit to each will make it easier.

None of the three will be "better" or "worse" for a career in law. That's really a non-issue as far as your decision.

You should focus on big picture stuff: size, location, style of undergrad education, campus culture, etc.

Williams, Amherst, or UChicago: Which one you may go? Tough decision to make. Comments, thought?

Flip a coin

Williams is heads, Northwestern is tails, and Cornell is edge.

^ in that case Cornell is to be eliminated. About 99.9% sure of that. Edge is just so unlikely. lol

Why not make an origami triangle, label one C, one W and one N, and flip that? Seems more equitable than a coin with "edge" as an option. lol

^ that was part of the joke lol...

I think i'm gonna listen to ephrhymeswbeef and flip a coin-haha. I still haven't decided but my family desperately wants me to choose williams, and from what i remember the dorms are really nice. IMO academically all of the schools are on equal levels but the main thing that i'm worried about is whether i'll be bored in Williamstown by the end of freshman year. Can anyone comment on the social life-and whether it gets repetitive or boring after a while.

Some people find Williamstown boring. Others never want to leave. The advantage that Williamstown has over Ithaca is that it is much closer to the megalopolis. NYC and Boston are closer to W-town. When I got the occasional bout of cabin fever, I hopped on the bus down to NYC. The work at Williams will keep you sufficiently busy!
