Williams vs. Penn SAS vs. Princeton vs. Yale vs. Brown vs. Amherst

If any Williams students on this forum were accepted to the above colleges but chose Williams, please tell me your reasons. There are lots of debate on Williams vs. Amherst so there's no need to repeat those arguements. I'm basically interested in why ppl chose Williams.

you are in a good position to have to make such a tough decision. i don't know that i can help you more than a little except in reassuring you in mostly the same way adults do whenever speaking of colleges-- wherever you go you're sure to get a fine education and have a great college experience.

that having been said, i can start you off by telling you that a few of williams' advantages over all of those other schools are:
-due to its size (rather, lack thereof), you can actually get to know your professors. definitely something that would provide for a better, or if nothing else, at least a more memorable education.
-williams has tutorials. two students, one teacher... more awesome learning.
-supposedly a very friendly administration, catering to the social lives of students, there to help instead of reprimand (can someone back me up on this please? :) )
-great sports program-- williams is, with regard to athletics, often spoken of as the leader of div III colleges.

i'd like to hear more on this comparison myself.
