<p>I'm transferring from one UC to another UC. I've heard that the fall 2008 grades will be factored into the application once they come out. Is this true? </p>
<p>And does anyone know about Winter-quarter grades that come out in late march? Since transfer admission decisions are posted anywhere between March 1 through May 1, is there a chance winter grades could be factored into the GPA before the app is evaluated?</p>

<p>If u are applying for Fall 09, then Fall 08 grades will definitely be factored into the selection process.
The admission decisions are actually out late April for transfers and since the winter quarter ends late march, they'll most probably wait for your grades if you are taking important prereqs in the winter quarter.</p>
<p>Fall grades will be included in the application update that transfer students file in January. Most likely winter grades will not be included in the selection review since they are received at such a late date.</p>
