<p>I'm planning to do a winter mini-mester this Christmas break to get POLS 207, one of the core requirements I need to take, out of the way. Is there anyone else who has done winter mini-mesters for credit or have a say on how often people do this and give me tips? I also planning on doing it online.</p>
<p>my daughter did a wintermester at Western Texas College on-line for Math 142. She did a maymester at Blinn - full class - for Speech. both were 3 hours credit core classes she easily completed in 2 weeks. transferred credits to A&M - no problems. I would say do it - especially if the course is simply a core class you have to complete and not critical to your major.</p>
