<p>My application was sent on the eve of Nov. 15th, and UMich said that there would be two emails. The first email would be upon receipt of the application, or something. Apparently, this email is a simple confirmation email and provides the Wolverine Access login and ID and whatever.</p>
<p>So, it's the 22nd. Why haven't I received an email? Do they really wait for <em>all</em> materials, including recommendations, to be received before dispatching this? Someone said in another thread that I would receive it "in a few days," this being more than a few days ago.</p>
<p>It takes a long time for everyone. I didn't receive my Wolverine Access email until 2 weeks after my application was submitted. It then took another week for my credentials to be viewable on WA, and another week for it to say the application was complete. WA is not the UGAO's number one priority in updating every second. If you are really really worried (which you shouldn't be), you can call the UGAO and they will give you your UMID and other such information, but you might as well wait.</p>
