Woman Applying to US Coast Guard Academy

I’ve only received A’s and B’s in high school. I’ve taken 8 honors classes throughout high school, 3 advanced dance classes, 4 dual enrollment english classes, and two AP classes. All science classes I’ve taken (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) are honors. One is AP Bio. All math classes are honors. One is AP Calculus. I’ve taken 2 Physical education classes and do dance outside of school so I’m in great shape. I’m lifeguard certified, worked as a lifeguard for 1 summer and worked at Gap for 1 year. I’m a member of NHS and have done over 100 hours of community service. I was a member of a music school and studied Voice and Guitar. I will be, for my senior year, become more involved with sports at school and leadership opportunities. What are my chances of getting into the Coast Guard Academy?

I’m also one of the student dual enrollment representatives at my school and 75% of my relatives have served in the Military or are in the military right now

Hello, I have just been accepted as a U.S. Coast Guard Academy Scholar, meaning I go to a prep school my first year. I believe my main reason for being appointed to prep school was my low SAT score. You seem like you have a high chance of getting in, just make sure you keep your math scores high and do well on the SAT.
