Women's Leadership Program?

I was just accepted into the Women's Leadership Program at GW. Does anyone know approximately how many people get accepted into this program each year?

I was also accepted into the Honors program. Do I have to choose between the two, or can I do both concurrently? I know the WLP is just for the first year, so does this mean I would be doing both?

I am really confused, and any help would definitely be appreciated. Thanks, and congratulations to everyone else who was accepted!

I think your should call the admissions office to clarify everything. 1-800-447-3765

Congratulations! What areas does the Women's Leadership Program concentrate on?

There are four areas of study for which you apply. For more information, I would look at http://www.gwu.edu/~ejswlp/

Hi* I am admitted to the EJS's Globalization, Economics, Business program and I have some questions regarding the courses.

I think that the students in each of the four divisions (economics, us/inter policies/arts/medical) can participate in three courses relating to their admitted program. So... will my first year at GWU revolve mainly around economics?? For the symposiums and fieldtrips, is it also focused on our chosen studies as well? And with this economics and business credit, will I be able to waive certain courses the next year?

Haha. I have so many unanswered questions about this program. Please help me! Thanks so much :D

Since your topic is globalization, economics and business, I would imagine that you will be taking classes in all fields. I've heard that the symposiums and fieldtrips will be both focused within you and on the general topic of leadership. The courses that you take will count towards your degree.

I would double-check the information I gave you with an authority like the admissions office or a contact person in the program.
