The way I read this is you will have 3 attempts at finding one 7 letter exercise. You may want to go to the wordle site to see how the game is set up. They have the directions on their site.

All you know from that clue is that it’s a seven letter word with at least one E in it and no Y, H, J, A, Z, or N. So Burpees, Pullups or Presses would all work. It’s too bad that it’s not interactive so you could actually try to solve it!

The equipment needed includes a dumbbell. So, then I know snatches will not be in the 1st workout. Bummer.

Yes, chest presses can use dumbbells or a straight bar.

There is an exercise called “Devil Presses.” It’s a burpee using a dumbbell.

So, the golden letters on the wordle site, those are wrong?

Green = letter is in the answer, and in the right place
Yellow = letter appears in the answer, but is in the wrong place
Black = letter doesn’t appear anywhere in the answer

(That’s why those of us who play wordle think the yellow in your example indicates that an E appears in the answer but isn’t in the right place).

Going forward, you should ideally pick a 7-letter starting word (assuming that things will always be 7 letter word puzzle
Wordle is only 5) that doesn’t have repeat letters so as to maximize letter discovery. So, burpees would not necessarily be a great starting word because of the double ‘e’, or snatches.
