After yesterday’s phew, I was happy to get it in 4! I don’t know if I want to get Wordlebot to see if I’m very unlucky or very unskilled!

As promised, yesterday’s Octordle. It was game #88 and was very animated - all the placards were bouncing around. I was so not paying attention that I automatically entered my usual starting words, thought, hmm, nothing comes to mind, added my third word, said wait…the H is in the same place on all words - ding ding ding

I’ve had this pattern several times, including in Wordle 306 two days ago. I make the same first 2 guesses, and only 1 solution remains for the 3rd guess. In both Wordle 306 and Wordle 308, I received the same 99 skill and 69 luck since the same number of solutions remained after each guess.

It’s nice to have a three again! I thought I had chosen bad words for today, but between my first and second choice I don’t think there were other options other than the correct one.

Phew, phew, phew, phew(!) on this one. I wouldn’t have placed high bets on getting it when it came down to four guesses left, so glad to have won!
