Worried about getting into an MOT program

Hello,
I am currently an honors student at a small state university (UNF). My goal is to apply to occupational therapy schools after I graduate. My only fear is that I might have made the wrong decision in picking my current college. I chose it because of the low cost and my ability to be an honors student there. That entitles me to register early, do research earlier than other students, and take specialized courses. After I finish my AA, I am debating about possibly applying to more recognized state schools, like FSU. I know without a doubt that occupational therapy is for me, but I would be devastated if where I received my bachelor's degree prevented me from becoming one. I'd appreciated any thoughts/opinions. Thank you in advance!

I don’t see how it’ll set you back, at all. So long as you get all of the prereqs done, have the necessary GPA, and get some research, volunteering, and/or shadowing in, you should be fine no matter where you get your bachelor’s from. Occupational therapy is a great field to be looking at – best of luck! :)
