Worried about possibility of having Rutgers Pharm acceptance rescinded

So I got accepted into the Rutgers Pharmacy Program, and I plan to go there, but I am a bit worried about senior year grades, and am wondering if they could lead to me being rescinded from the program.

Normally, I am an A/B student. In freshman year, I ended with 2 Bs and 1 C , sophomore year: 1 B, junior year: 3 B’s (rest A’s including electives).
However whereas I took only honors classes in the first two years and 1 AP class in junior year, I sort of made a slight mistake of taking 3 AP classes this year, and it turned out to be a bit more than I could handle. As of now I have:

-2 C’s in two of my AP classes
-3 B’s in an AP class, an honors class, and an elective class
-The last class, which is another elective class is the only A I currently have (besides gym class)

By the end of the year, I think I have a good chance of raising one of the C’s to a B, and the B in the elective class to an A. However, in the worst case senario, my senior year grades will remain as is, and i will have to turn in these final grades at the end of the year. So would I have a good chance of getting rescinded from rutgers pharmacy?

I guess I’m just making this post because I get worried really easily and can’t stop thinking about it.
For most things, I like to have clear and definitive answers, even if it means knowing the bad news.

Rutgers goes out of their way to warn admitted students to avoid senioritis, perhaps more than any other school I’ve seen. That said, they are NOT going to rescind your admission over 2 C’s. There’s a better chance that they win the B1G championship in football next year.

Yes, try to turn them into B’s to help your study habits. What can you do now that will help you when you a freshman? And try to keep them from becoming D’s.

And stop worrying!
