Worried about rigor in my course load

I go to a large public school (but one that is highly regarded) where you have to have at least an A- in the basic course to be placed in the honors or ap course the following year. Since I had a B+ in English (my bad), I was placed in regular English, even though I know I could have handled the honors English. So now, I'm concerned about the rigor of my courseload in all-important junior year. I'm taking 4 Aps (apush, bc calc, ap bio, statistics), along with Latin 3. I'm also interested in attending a top 10 university.

Am I doomed because my transcript will show 1 course that is less rigorous than I could have taken? It's not like I "chose" a less rigorous course, but its our school policy.

i think you will be ok. worry more about your grades in that class than the rigor or whatever . in any case, you dont have a choice in this circumstance
