<p>I'm worried about these classes because it seems like a lot of reading and writing. I also have to take all of these for a letter grade because they're all major/minor pre-reqs. I just applied to Haas last month, my backup's media studies, and I'm shooting for a minor in French (but not sure if it is worth it?) The only possible change I can make is to drop French and take something else for p/np to perhaps lighten in the load, and just take French 4 later on.</p>
<p>Since these are all letter grade, if you do believe that it's too much reading & writing, then move French until later and fill it with a less strenuous class.</p>
<p>Personally, I wanted to answer this thread because I'm in nearly the exact same problem as you. I applied to Haas at the beginning of this month, and my backup/2nd major is Media Studies. Since there's no guarantee in being in either major I've been very nervous about my future myself. I wish you the best of luck in getting into both of your majors, as I'm hoping I get into one of them.</p>
