Alright so I have recently been researching Scottish Universities to major in International Relations and have become interested in attending University of Edinburgh, University of Aberdeen, and St. Andrews. And from what I gathered, the Scottish universities care little about transcripts or extracurriculars. All they care about is test scores and AP scores. So would a 28 on my ACT and one 4 and two 5's on AP tests get me into these schools? (U.S. History-4/Psychology-5/U.S. Government and Politics-5)

c'mon does anyone have anything?
