<p>What has been explained to you many times, and you still fail to realize, is that there are many schools with very similar programs. You were given links to Stanford’s program, Duke’s program, Georgia Tech’s program, etc.</p>

<p>I’ve known three people that did that double major, and maybe a dozen or so more that did a BS IE with a minor in finance. It’s a good match and the classes seem to compliment themselves well. </p>
<p>Every student I’ve seen use that combination went into consulting (keep in mind that it was a small sample size, though). The thing is, though that as Japher mentioned they would have all probably been hired with just the IE degree. All are under 30, and so far two of them have gone back for MBAs, with the third one likely to do so eventually.</p>
