Would it hurt T14 chances to go to a very lowranked college?

<p>In particular, The Evergreen State College in WA, assuming a LSAT on par with the average T14 admit. Note that TESC does not give GPA/letter grades, only written evaluations and a transcript. Please advise.</p>
