<p>Well, two professors from Yale have "promised" to give me "highest possible recommendations". One professor for my scientific research, and one for music achievement.</p>

<p>Do you think it may help? A little or greatly?</p>

<p>Well, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to have two recommendations from professors at an Ivy League. I say send them in.</p>

<p>What is your major? If it is a science or music major it would maybe make slightly more of a difference. If you are asking because you want to transfer to Yale, they only accept 20 or so transfer students a year, and imagine the caliber of the people who are applying. That being said, recommendations from Yale faculty would be much more powerful in this case.</p>
