Would love it if you could help me determine my chances

Hi! I am an undergraduate student from a reputed Indian University (ranked below 20 in India) with a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Commmunication Engineering. I'm really interested in an M.S in one of the top 10-15 grad schools in the USA. Currently I'm pursuing a 1-year internship in Analog and Mixed Signal Design in a multinational semiconductor company, and I intend that to be my major as well.

Aggregate(8 semesters):79%
GRE Score: Quant:790, Verbal:760.
TOEFL Score:116.

Besides these, I'm trying hard to get two research papers published, and have taken part in different paper and project presentations while in college. I was also one of 30 finalists selected across the country to give a presentation on Power Beams and their applications and won 2nd prize. Also, I won 2nd prize in a National Level Technical Article Writing Contest for engineering students, and was Secretary, IEEE Student Branch of our college. I have quite a number of extra-curricular activities in my profile too, though I know they're not weighted much while assessment.

What troubles me though, is my percentage is really bad, and might evaluate to a low GPA.
Could someone tell me where I stand for an MS in these colleges, with the one-year work experience in a relevant field? Please, your advice would help a lot.
