I took the APUSH makeup today and one of the essays was formatted like this (not the actual question)

Analyze how two of the following contributed to WWII
- A and B
- C
- D

Let’s say I chose 1 and 2. In 1, A and B were VERY similar, but I wrote my essay more in terms of A than B. Would this harm my score if I didn’t discuss B directly? It could be argued that A and B were actually the same thing because it didn’t specify what B could be. Thanks!

I don’t think so, as long as you analyzed both of them.

okay i’ll just say it cause whatever. it was ‘investors and consumers’ but in how i described it, i combined both because they both invested in the economy. i talked about how Americans poured money into the economy. and yeah i analyzed a lot of it but i’m just concerned because i didnt specifically mention buying on margin or whatever cause it didn’t specify which kinds of investors. i made it as though investors were consumers
