<p>For the writing supplement, it doesn’t change to downloaded. It just tells you that you have successfully submitted your writing supplement. But, for the other parts under Recommenders and FERPA, it changes to downloaded once it has been downloaded by the college.
You should check the school portal for your college to ensure they have received everything.</p>
