WSU for Pre-med

Hello. I have been accepted to WSU-Pullman with a pretty much a full-ride. I am still waiting to see if I am going to be accepted to UW. I don't think I'll be getting any real scholarship there. My worry is that Medical schools won't take WSU seriously. Also I am afraid that it is really a party school. Can anyone tell me what they think of WSU? What should I do? Go to the school closer to home, which is also more prestigious, but pricier or go a little farther and save more money? This is decision is a really tough one fore me.

The premed prestige question had been beaten to a pulp on CC. Please do a thorough search for those previous posts. The quick answer is that medical schools don’t care about your undergraduate school or major. Keep your expenses very low because medical school is extremely expensive.
