xga or sxga+ computer screen

<p>I'm not a big techie but I know that laptop resolutions can't be changed once you buy them; you have to know what you want a stick with it. I'm not a big gamer but I do occasional multimedia watching, and of course internet and word processing on my computer. Can anyone with more computer knowledge help me decide?</p>
