Maybe Mac's advertise themselves vs. PCs, but Mac's dominate PCs, so who cares?

They are so unique. I love the BIG screen iMac but the PC is still a PC: serves us well.
The mac has a super sleek keyboard and the software is designed with ME IN MIND!
Enough of this, none of them win.

Mac is great and all.. but truth be told.

The better system is what more people use- regardless of how buggy or crappy it is.

I can get websites done, photoshop images, build presentations, teach others, and share documents with total idiots in the blink of an eye on PC. As soon as you add in another system it slows everything down.

I will tell you this... Mac. Ubuntu. All the wild cards are definitely eye candy.

Bah. Sure Macs win. I'd much rather be at Yale on a Mac drinking Pepsi than at Harvard on a PC drinking Coke. In short.. Yalewins.

Yale always wins

^ Ah, but who in their right mind really believes that PCs are better than Macs?

I can't stand Macs.

I have an uncle who works for Apple, and I've gotten free macbooks, discounted ipods, etc. I've pretty much seen it all. The macbook we have stopped functioning really well after a couple months. If you pull out the power cord the whole thing turns off, because the battery is shot.

Imo PCs >>>>> Macs for everyday use and convenience.

I'm so devoted to Yale though that I'd force myself to use a mac if I had to in order to attend.

Haha I own both a mac and a PC and they both definately have their places and uses. If I was buying a computer for my grandma it'd probably be a mac because of the ease of use, and macs are amazing for musical and graphical work, I love my vaio for school stuff and internet surfing though. But when it all comes down to it.. Yale is better than a PC or a mac. :D

I'll take my mac, coke, AND Yale. Who says you can't have it all?! :)

@ lolcats4 - you should have taken it to the apple store or sent it in. If it was only damaged a couple of months into your ownership it would have been covered under the warranty. Apple would have just given you a new one.

Lolcats4,

Can we trade uncles??????????

In fact, I'll even give you three of my stranger uncles for your one Apple-uncle!

I have a MacBook Pro, and I absolutely love it. My old PC now sits lonely in the corner of my room, never to feel its systems used ever again.
