Yale likely letter = H acceptance?

However, I would think that the students who got likelies to Yale had a greater than 10% acceptance rate to Harvard.

So according to the Yale Admissions office, they use 3 criteria to determine whether a student gets a likely letter

"They must be such strong candidates that they are virtually certain to have applied to other competitive schools, it must be virtually certain that the most competitive schools will accept them, and last, Yale officers must be virtually certain that they will admit the applicant, even without seeing the entire applicant pool."

So according to them, if you get a Yale likely, they're pretty damn sure that Harvard and Princeton are going to accept you too.
