<p>Am I blind or just stupid that I can't seem to find the space indicated?</p>

<p>Yale has a special set of instructions for filing supplementary materials, which you should read very carefully before considering a submission. If you elect to file supplementary materials in support of your application to Yale, please do not use the Common Application Arts Supplement form. </p>

<p>fwiw, I submitted a scientific research paper last year as a hard copy; I mailed it in with a cover letter after submitting the rest of my stuff online.</p>
<p>Again, this was two years ago, but my son didn’t upload anything–he sent the music supplement in physically, with bound scores and a CD with recordings.</p>
