<p>pretty sure you can submit ON the 31st, thats what i did for ED with another school and it got there on time</p>
<p>tomorrow is the deadline, but why wait? it's new years eve tomorrow night. Unless you absolutely cannot get it done tonight, I recommend you submit tonight.</p>
